4. Website Access
Users may browse publicly available sections of the ASTRA website without creating an account, unless a specific feature requires authentication.
Users agree not to:
- Interfere with website availability or security.
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or infrastructure.

- Use ASTRA services for fraud or unlawful activity.
Reasonable, non-disruptive access by legitimate search engines and other permitted automated tools is not prohibited by these Terms.

Certain future services may require an ASTRA Account.
If account registration is enabled, users must provide accurate information where required and keep their login credentials secure.
Users must not:
- Share authentication tokens.
- Access accounts without authorization.
- Circumvent account restrictions.
- Create accounts for fraudulent purposes.
- Attempt to compromise other users' accounts.
Users should report suspected account compromises through official support channels.
ASTRA may temporarily restrict account access when reasonably necessary to address security threats, fraud, or serious violations.
Where practical, affected users will be informed and provided with an opportunity to seek review.
6. Software Downloads
ASTRA may distribute free, experimental, and commercially licensed software through its official website.
Software may be available as:
- Pre-alpha builds.
- Alpha builds.
- Beta builds.
- Release candidates.
- Stable releases.
- Developer builds.
Each release may have specific compatibility requirements, installation instructions, and licensing conditions.
Users should verify that downloaded software is compatible with their devices and operating systems.
Users should obtain ASTRA software from official sources to reduce the risk of modified or malicious distributions.
7. Experimental Software
Pre-alpha, alpha, beta, and other experimental releases are provided for development, evaluation, and testing.
Experimental software may contain:
- Bugs and crashes.
- Incomplete features.
- Performance problems.
- Compatibility limitations.
- Unexpected changes.
- Data migration issues.
- Features that are modified or removed during development.
Users are encouraged to back up important data before installing experimental software.
Experimental builds should not be relied upon for critical operations unless explicitly stated otherwise.
These warnings explain the nature of experimental releases and do not remove mandatory consumer rights or applicable legal responsibilities.
8. Software Licensing
Downloading software does not automatically transfer ownership of its intellectual property.
Each ASTRA product may be distributed under its own license agreement.
Depending on the product, licenses may permit:
- Personal use.
- Commercial use.
- Installation on specified devices.
- Modification.
- Redistribution.
- Access to source code.
Users must follow the license terms supplied with the relevant product.
8.1 Commercial Licenses
Paid software may use individual, single-use, device-limited, or other licensing models, provided those restrictions are clearly disclosed before purchase.
License limitations cannot be applied retroactively in violation of an existing agreement or applicable law.
8.2 Open-Source Components
Some ASTRA products may incorporate open-source software.
Applicable open-source licenses remain in effect, including their source-code, attribution, redistribution, and modification requirements.
These Terms do not override third-party open-source licenses.
8.3 Unauthorized Redistribution
Users must not distribute modified ASTRA software as an official ASTRA release or falsely claim endorsement by ASTRA.
Other redistribution restrictions depend on the relevant software license.
9. Purchases & Paid Products
Certain ASTRA products and services may be offered for purchase in the future.
Before completing a paid order, customers will be provided with applicable information, including:
- Product description.
- Total price and applicable taxes.
- Licensing terms.
- Compatibility requirements.
- Delivery method.
- Payment conditions.
- Applicable cancellation rights.
- Refund and complaint procedures.
No purchase is completed merely by browsing a product page.
A binding purchase requires the steps and confirmations described during checkout.
9.1 Payments
Payments may be processed by authorized third-party payment providers.
ASTRA will not request customers to send payment card numbers or passwords through Discord messages or support tickets.
9.2 Order Confirmation
Where paid ordering is enabled, customers will receive confirmation through the specified communication method.
9.3 Delivery
Digital products may be delivered through downloads, license keys, accounts, or other disclosed methods.
Delivery terms will be identified before purchase.
10. Refunds, Withdrawal & Consumer Rights
ASTRA respects applicable consumer protection law.
Consumers purchasing online may generally have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, subject to legally recognized exceptions.
For paid digital content supplied without a physical medium, this right may be lost after delivery begins only when the applicable legal requirements are satisfied, including the customer's prior express consent, acknowledgment of the consequences, and required confirmation.
Downloading a product does not automatically eliminate every consumer's refund or withdrawal rights.
Requests involving defective, inaccessible, or non-conforming digital products will be handled according to applicable law.
Customers retain mandatory rights concerning:
- Non-conforming digital content and services.
- Delivery failures.
- Applicable withdrawal rights.
- Legally required remedies.
- Refunds required by law.
Specific instructions for exercising these rights must be provided before paid sales begin.
11. ASTRA Workshop & Custom Development
ASTRA Workshop may provide custom software development services.
Examples may include:
- Minecraft plugins.
- Server scripts.
- Discord integrations.
- Automation tools.
- Custom software.
- Other agreed development work.
11.1 Project Agreements
Each custom development order should have clearly agreed terms defining:
- Project scope.
- Deliverables.
- Pricing.
- Deadlines or estimated milestones.
- Revision requirements.
- Support obligations.
- Licensing and ownership.
A support ticket or initial inquiry does not automatically create a paid contract.
11.2 Changes to Project Scope
Additional functionality or substantial changes to agreed requirements may require a revised quotation.
Both parties should agree to material changes before further paid work proceeds.
11.3 Delivery and Support
The applicable agreement will specify delivery arrangements and any included bug fixes or support period.
Any voluntary support period is additional to mandatory legal rights where those apply.
11.4 Source Code
Source-code access and intellectual-property ownership must be specified in the individual project agreement.
Payment for development does not automatically determine copyright ownership beyond applicable law and the agreement's terms.
12. Bug Reports & Feedback
ASTRA encourages users to report bugs and suggest improvements.
Reports may include:
- Affected product and version.
- Operating system.
- Steps to reproduce.
- Screenshots.
- Error logs.
- Expected and actual behavior.
Please remove passwords, authentication tokens, and unrelated personal information before submitting logs or screenshots.
Submitting feedback gives ASTRA permission to review it and use the suggestions to improve its products, without transferring ownership of unrelated content.
Private vulnerability reports should be submitted through designated security channels rather than public bug trackers.
13. Intellectual Property
The ASTRA name, original branding, website materials, and original software components may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Third-party trademarks, software, libraries, and other materials remain the property of their respective rights holders.
ASTRA does not claim exclusive ownership of third-party code or technology incorporated under valid licenses.
Users may not falsely represent themselves as official ASTRA developers, representatives, or distributors.
Nothing in these Terms grants additional trademark rights unless expressly authorized.
14. Bune & Interactive Features
Bune is ASTRA's official mascot.
The website may contain mascot illustrations, interactive animations, games, and easter eggs.
These features are intended for entertainment and community engagement.
Users must not exploit interactive features to deliberately degrade website performance, disrupt services, or attack infrastructure.
Game scores, interactions, and optional personalization may be handled according to the relevant feature's description and Privacy Policy.
15. Community & Discord
ASTRA may operate a Discord server and other community channels.
Participation in those communities is governed by their respective rules.
Website access and community membership are separate services.
A Discord restriction does not automatically cancel an existing purchase agreement or eliminate statutory consumer rights.
ASTRA is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord Inc. unless expressly stated otherwise.
16. Privacy & Cookies
Information about personal data processing is provided in ASTRA's separate Privacy Policy.
Where applicable, this policy will explain:
- What personal data is processed.
- The purposes and legal bases of processing.
- Relevant service providers.
- Data retention periods.
- Available privacy rights.
- How to contact the data controller.
Non-essential cookies and similar technologies will be handled in accordance with applicable consent requirements.
These Terms do not replace the Privacy Policy or Cookie Policy.
17. Third-Party Services
ASTRA products or websites may rely on third-party infrastructure and software.
Examples may include:
- Hosting providers.
- Payment processors.
- Discord services.
- Open-source software.
- External documentation.
- Other integrations.
Third-party services may have additional terms and privacy policies.
ASTRA does not automatically endorse external content merely because it is linked from its website.
18. Security
ASTRA aims to develop and maintain its services responsibly.
However, no internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security.
Users should:
- Keep software updated.
- Download programs from trusted sources.
- Protect their credentials.
- Maintain backups.
- Report suspected vulnerabilities responsibly.
Unauthorized penetration testing, data access, exploitation, or service disruption is prohibited.
Security research performed with appropriate authorization is permitted within the agreed scope.
19. Service Availability & Maintenance
ASTRA may perform maintenance, updates, migrations, and infrastructure changes.
These activities may temporarily affect service availability.
Where practical, significant scheduled interruptions will be announced.
ASTRA does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of free experimental services.
Any specific availability commitments for paid services must be set out in the applicable agreement.
20. Suspension & Termination
ASTRA may reasonably restrict access to particular features or accounts in response to:
- Serious security threats.
- Fraud.
- Unauthorized access.
- Repeated rule violations.
- Legal requirements.
- Material abuse of services.
Restrictions should be proportionate to the circumstances.
Where appropriate, users may contact support to request an explanation or review.
Termination of website or community access does not automatically eliminate contractual rights arising from valid purchases.
21. Disclaimers & Liability
ASTRA's software and services may differ in maturity, functionality, and reliability.
Experimental releases may be less stable than finished products.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ASTRA does not guarantee that every feature will be continuously available or compatible with all hardware and software configurations.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
Nothing removes mandatory consumer protections, including rights relating to defective or non-conforming digital content or services.
22. Changes to Services and Terms
ASTRA may update its website and develop new services over time.
These Terms may also be revised to reflect changes in:
- Available products.
- Security requirements.
- Technical infrastructure.
- Applicable law.
- Community services.
- Commercial offerings.
Material updates will be communicated in an appropriate manner where required.
Changes to an existing paid contract will be governed by that agreement and applicable law.
Updated Terms will include a new effective date.
23. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are intended to operate under applicable Polish law, subject to mandatory consumer protections and other applicable legal rules.
Users retain any mandatory protections available under the law applicable to their situation.
Disputes should initially be addressed through the official ASTRA support contact.
Where an informal resolution is not possible, parties retain access to competent courts and applicable consumer dispute-resolution procedures.
These Terms do not require consumers to waive mandatory legal remedies.
24. Contact & Support
For inquiries regarding:
- Website access.
- Product downloads.
- Software licenses.
- Technical support.
- Purchases.

- Security reports.

25. Final Provisions
These Terms apply to the ASTRA website and the services expressly covered by them.
Individual products may have separate license agreements and service conditions.
Where a mandatory legal requirement conflicts with these Terms, the applicable mandatory requirement takes precedence.
ASTRA aims to build software that respects its users, encourages creativity, and gives people meaningful control over their technology.
Thank you for being part of our journey.
